Ability to administer naloxone ’empowering’, say Peterborough advocates

Earlier this month, Peterborough City Council voted against making naloxone administration training mandatory for city staff.
Instead – staff can take the training if they choose.
But community organizations say that training is life-saving, and every bit helps in addressing the opioid crisis.
