Treasury board president says PSAC must be ready to compromise: ‘We cannot write a blank cheque’

The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) must be “prepared to compromise” to reach a deal with the federal government because it can’t “write a blank cheque” to them, Treasury Board President Mona Fortier said at a press conference on Wednesday.
