Just in time for the warm weather ahead, Montreal has officially launched the 15th season of its Bixi bicycle sharing service. As workers deploy Bixi’s 10,000 bikes across the city, some major developments were unveiled. For the first time, the bikes are set to be available in the West Island. And in some areas, they’ll be available all year round. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
