There are still several thousand Quebecers without power on Tuesday, almost a week after the ice storm. Many of the affected areas are places where mature trees have crashed onto power lines, like in the West Island. Some mayors there say they want to know how the public utility will help minimize events like this going forward. Global’s Felicia Parrillo explains.
