Small border town in New Brunswick searching for ways to curb rising crime

Over the past few months, the border town of St. Stephen, New Brunswick, has been on the receiving end of an increase in vandalism, arson, and break-and-enters. The city’s chamber of commerce, the mayor, and other local community groups met on Friday to discuss proactive approaches to prevent rising crime in the area.
