People living in Montreal’s West Island are still cleaning up from an ice storm that downed tree branches and power lines, leaving hundreds of thousands without electricity across the province. As temperatures are expected to dip overnight Friday, top of mind for most is how to stay warm — and where to go. Global’s Phil carpenter reports.
