Speaking at the B.C. legislative press gallery on Tuesday, Health Minister Adrian Dix announced the details of a tentative agreement deal reached between the BC Nurses’ Union and the provincial government last week. The $750-million three-year deal is the first in Canada to enact patient-to-nurse ratios.
