Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe responded on Thursday to the recommendation to phase out the RCMP’s training center located in Regina as suggested in the Mass Casualty Report. “My instinct says this won’t help us to provide the community with more officers to improve safety, it sounds like a hurdle”, Moe said.
