There are few things with a worse reputation in Vancouver than an SRO building. In recent months. we've shown you just how deplorable they can be. Still, the government is turning to newly renovated SROs to get people off the streets of the Downtown Eastside. As Christa Dao reports, some believe they can work, if done right.
