Kelowna mayor wants playgrounds exempt from B.C. drug decriminalization

Kelowna’s mayor says he wants the province to amend its drug decriminalization laws to prevent people from bringing substances to public parks. Tom Dyas says the move is to protect children after B.C. began allowing adults to carry up to 2.5 grams of certain hard drugs.
