Federal Budget 2023: Freeland touts ‘feminist economic policy’ as women entering workforce hits record high

Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland touted the Liberal government’s “affordable, early-learning child-care” while delivering the 2023 budget on Tuesday, saying that women participating in the workforce during their prime working years has “hit a record high.” She stated that the government’s “feminist economic policy works.”
