Albany Medical Center placed on partial lockdown, police investigating report of a handgun inside facility

Albany Medical Center was placed under lockdown in Albany, N.Y., on Monday when police received a report of a person with a gun. “Right now we are focused on a certain area of the hospital where this person was last seen,” Albany police spokesperson Steve Smith said in an update.
