Ukraine says Belarus is a ‘nuclear hostage’ amid Russian deal to station missiles in the country

There’s a new sign of the growing tension between Russia and the West. For the first time since the mid-1990s, Moscow will have tactical nuclear weapons outside of Russia. President Vladimir Putin says he will set up a special storage facility in Belarus. NATO calls the move irresponsible while Ukraine has called Belarus a “nuclear hostage.” Redmond Shannon reports on the threat as troops on the frontlines face a stalemate.
