There are cheers, sometimes tear, but so many stories, family moments and personal moments for children with disabilities.
We’re talking about the Easter Seals Telethon, happening Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., now in its 51st year.
You’d expect compassion and mindfulness from the people behind this huge effort, but it’s the epic production and business coordination that makes the telethon far more than a catchup session.
Coralie Jacobs serves as the Manager of Development, Eastern Region, for Easter Seals Ontario.
Teresa Kaszuba checked in with her to find out more about the next steps once the telethon is over come Monday morning.
