Saskatchewan Finance Minister Donna Harpauer discussed the choices made in the 2023 provincial budget on Wednesday. Harpauer said a limited number of choices could be made with the resource revenue surplus. She added that this year’s budget will adhere to spending up to 15 per cent of revenue on costs.
