A new report funded by the Heart & Stroke Foundation, in collaboration with the University of Waterloo, examines the health impacts of food advertising on children. Global News Morning speaks with the author of that report, University of Waterloo Professor Leia Minaker, about the findings and the appeal to the federal government to step in to regulate marketing of unhealthy food and beverages to kids.
