Families waiting to bury loved ones as labour conflict lingers at Montreal cemetery

In mid-January, operations and maintenance workers at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges cemetery went on strike after years without a labour contract. The dispute continues with no end in sight, leaving families unable to bury their loved ones and the gates of the Montreal cemetery closed. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
