An explosion in a town north of the Crimean Peninsula could be heard in a video released on Monday. Ukraine’s defence ministry reportedly said the explosion in Dzhankoi destroyed Russian cruise missiles intended for use by Russia’s Black Sea fleet, while a Russia-installed official alleged that the blast was caused by drones laced with shrapnel and targeted civilian sites.
