Cleanup efforts continue following a fuel spill found late last week on Jackson Creek at the outlet to Little Lake.
According to the City of Peterborough, conditions have greatly improved, but some residents are still concerned.
Now, the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks says the spill may be caused by a "historic underground release of diesel fuel."
