Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said on Wednesday that the depth of the location in the Black Sea where a U.S. drone was downed by Russia on Tuesday would make recovery operations difficult. He said while there were no U.S. ships in the area, they would work with allies to determine the possible recovery.
