Calgary city council debates bylaw creating buffer zone between protestors and city facilities

Calgary city council is debating a new bylaw that would create a safe buffer zone around libraries, recreation centres and pools. As Michael King reports, it’s in response to an escalation in protests against the LGBTQ community in recent weeks.
