AI camera helps sushi restaurant catch unhygienic pranksters

Japanese conveyor belt sushi chain “Kura Sushi” said on Monday that they started using an artificial intelligence (AI) camera system early this month to catch unhygienic pranks, after a video went viral of a man licking a soy sauce bottle and contaminating food was filmed at one of their restaurants in central Japan.
