Justice Minister David Lametti said Friday he would not say whether or not Supreme Court of Canada Justice Russell Brown should be removed from the bench after the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC) said it was reviewing a complaint about his alleged conduct while in Arizona. Lametti said he had been made aware of a leave of absence, but said he could not make a comment on the eventual decision by the council.
