Saskatoon city council invited its residents to discuss the changeroom policy of Shaw Centre swimming pool on Wednesday. Transgender community members and advocates defended the transgender-inclusive policies to Mayor Charlie Clark, and council members decrying measures proposed by the policy's critics that will only succeed in further oppressing a vulnerable community.
