We've heard the term “farm-to-table” food production, but what about “lab-to-table?” It’s an experience some Lethbridge College students are immersed in. They're testing more sustainable ways to grow mushrooms, then giving culinary students the opportunity to cook the fresh produce. Quinn Campbell explains.
