National Transportation Safety Board Chairwoman Jennifer Homendy spoke Thursday about the report released into the Ohio train derailment in East Palestine, saying that the crew had tried to slow the train down before the cars went off track. She also said that NTSB investigators had determined there were no signs of track defects.
