A messy mix of snow and ice blanketed the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and much of southern Ontario on Thursday morning after a winter storm moved through the region overnight. The City of Toronto says 15 cm of snow fell overnight and cleanup efforts are expected to continue into the weekend. Marianne Dimain reports.
