The Alberta government has earmarked almost $10 million for the City of Grande Prairie, if it decides in March to replace the RCMP with a city-run police service. As provincial affairs reporter Saif Kaisar reports, more money is coming in the 2023 provincial budget to help other municipalities do the same thing.
