Speaking at the funeral for Hazel McCallion on Tuesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said the former Mississauga mayor was “an inspiration for generations of women and girls.” He said should McCallion have decided to run for prime minister both he and his father would have “ended up as ministers serving in her cabinet.”
