Pregnancy anxiety nearly double the Ontario average for Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland, Haliburton: health unit

Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District health unit says its jurisdiction is also seeing a higher rate of parents diagnosed with mental illness, in comparison to the province.
Amid worrying stats, the health unit has launched a perinatal mental health awareness and support campaign, targeting both parents.
