With so many British Columbians lacking a family doctor, it’s no surprise walk-in clinics are feeling extreme pressure. But the situation is going from bad to worse as wait times at walk-in clinics get longer and longer. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the national average wait time is 37 minutes but in Kelowna, it is more than three times that long.
