B.C. launches new doctor payment model

B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix announced the province’s new payment model for doctors on Wednesday, meant to address inequities and attract more family physicians. Dix called the new model “the most significant reform to primary care in my lifetime in the history of (B.C.’s) public health-care system.”
