Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday that any new longer-range rockets sent to Ukraine will escalate the conflict. This comes as two U.S. officials said a new aid package for Ukraine that will be announced includes Ground Launched Small Diameter Bombs (GLSDB), a new weapon that can strike targets more than 150 km away.
