Carolyn Bennett, Federal Minister for Mental Health and Addictions said Monday that the goal of B.C.’s drug decriminalization trial, starting Tuesday, is to reduce the stigma around drug use and allow people to get the help they need. It does not mean these drugs are legalized, Bennett said.
