Canada’s Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre addressed the National Conservative Caucus on Friday in Ottawa, laying out priorities for the upcoming session of Parliament, while re-iterating how his party would tackle issues were they elected to government. “A Poilievre government will cap government spending, cut the waste, and fire the high-priced consultants, so we could put the money back in the pockets of our people,” Poilievre said.
