Westmount residents complain about lack of warning before receiving parking ban tickets

After weeks of fighting for residential streets to be cleared, a Phase 2 parking ban is in effect in Edmonton. But now a lack of signage and communication has residents in Westmount frustrated. As Sarah Reid reports, many received tickets and say they received no heads up from the city.
