Saskatoon apartment suite crowded with cats also had plumbing, heating issues

The number of cats estimated to have been rescued on Wednesday from a Saskatoon apartment suite was updated to over 70 on Thursday. The Saskatoon Fire Department said that plumbing and heating for the unit were additional reasons the suite had to be shut down.
