Tips for beating the blues this winter

If you’ve been feeling a little “blue” this winter, you’re not alone. That feeling is seen as typical for this time of year, with “Blue Monday” even being observed the third Monday of January. It’s been a little over three weeks since Christmas and all the festivities are over.
