More patio space, additional hotels and activities for families during the day are among the ideas being floated for the future of Vancouver’s Granville Street. City council will vote on whether to approve the preparation of the program at the end of the month. As Emad Agahi reports, it’s hoped vibrancy can be brought back to the strip.
