B.C. LNG terminal pauses renewable energy shift

There are new concerns about B.C.’s first LNG facility in Kitimat. Legislative bureau chief Keith Baldrey explains phase two of the Shell PLC LNG Canada terminal was supposed to include electric turbines, but now, that might not be the case and could lead to more emissions.
