A 12,000 square foot space inside Capri Centre Mall in Kelowna is being turned into a family connection centre

The delivery of support services for children in this province is changing–and as we told you last night–it’s forcing the closure of the Starbright Children’s Development Centre in Kelowna after more than five decades. The government is creating what it calls family connection centres in four B.C. communities including Kelowna where work is already underway to get it up and running. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
