Vernon Warnor’s first taxi fare of the day was an experience he’d never had before but says he’d do all over again. A pregnant woman, who wanted to go to a birthing center, went into labour in the backseat. As Sean O’Shea reports, Warnor made some unprompted decisions that lead to a delivery in the backseat.
