Inspector Tim Arseneault, with the Manitoba RCMP Major Crimes Unit, provided an update on Thursday regarding the kidnapping of a 16-year-old female. Arseneault said a breakthrough in the case came last February when police got a match back on a fingerprint collected from the truck used in the crime. A 24-year-old Steinbach man is facing a number of charges.
