President of Sunwing Airlines Len Corrado apologized to customers before the parliamentary transport committee on Thursday for travel disruptions and cancellations over the holiday season. He admitted his company failed to provide expected service to customers but said severe winter storms in B.C., Quebec and Ontario along with pilot shortages and airport infrastructure issues were all to blame for the chaotic situation that happened.
