Documents, marked classified, turned up at U.S. President Joe Biden’s Washington office for the think tank Penn Biden Center, a space he used after his vice-presidency until the start of his 2020 presidential campaign. The documents have since been turned over to the national archives, but it’s raising questions over why he had them in the first place. Reggie Cecchini has the latest.
