The driver of the Tesla vehicle that plunged off a California cliff earlier this week has now been charged with intentionally driving the vehicle over and has been charged with attempted murder and child abuse. The incident was caught on camera and originally seen as an incredible survival story after California Highway Patrol rescued all four occupants who were still alive. There is no motive known at this time.
