For some, the SPARK Photo Festival is an anticipated arts & culture event. For others, it’s a quiet discovery of fresh art, beautiful photography, pop ups in cafes, restaurants, salons and storefront windows.
The month-long photography exhibit highlights the artists and innovators and storytellers who make it their form of expression.
Ken Powell is a respected photographer, a SPARK Festival exhibitor, a long-term member of the SPARK Photo Festival Board of Directors, and is currently serving as Board Chair. He joined Teresa Kaszuba on Global News Morning Peterborough with more.
