The city of Vancouver recently approved an up to $50,000 grant to repair the facade of the Chinatown building that used to house a neon landmark. The money is just a drop in the bucket of what’s needed to bring back the Ho Ho restaurant, but as Kristen Robinson reports, its owner is determined to succeed at any cost.
