B.C. man nearly loses 200,000 Cineplex Scene points over name mix-up

A Cineplex Scene points card holder noticed a discrepancy in his points balance. But after reporting the issue, he temporarily lost over 200,000 points when the company found he shared the same name and birth date with another points holder.
