Edmonton woman and service dog get stuck waiting for ride

An Edmonton woman and her service dog were left with no way home last week. It took hours for them to finally get an accessible taxi after the one she booked was hours late. As Lisa MacGregor explains, it's an issue that comes up a lot for people living with disabilities.
